Street Lights
In May of 2005, the Town of Mills River began a street-lighting project by installing lights at the intersections of Highway 280 (Boylston Highway), Old Turnpike Road, and Schoolhouse Road; and at the intersection of Highway 191 South and Banner Farm Road. The Town is gradually adding additional lights at key intersections and along more dangerous stretches of road. To obtain a street-light in your neighborhood, contact Town Hall. A list is compiled, priorities set, and additional lighting added as funding allows.
